Remove and clean the existing grout from the toilet floor area, including proper preparation and cleaning of the tile joints. Supply manpower, materials, tools and equipment to apply new epoxy grout to the toilet floor area, ensuring neat and proper filling of all tile joints, followed by final cleaning of the tiled surface upon completion.

Supply manpower, materials, and tools to carefully remove the existing shower screen, shower set, soap stand, wall mixer, and approximately 2 feet of aircon pipe casing. Hack and dispose of the existing wall tiles to a depth of 45–60mm with the required HDB permit. Carry out 2-layer waterproofing using ARDEX QUICKSEAL 104, followed by 30–40mm screeding using Davco Floor Screed ECO if required. Supply and install new 300mm × 600mm wall tiles using weber-E-MIX Tile Fix 303, including normal grouting with AM50. Upon completion, reinstall the existing shower screen, shower set, soap stand, wall mixer, and aircon pipe casing, ensuring the area is properly finished and cleaned.
